We are looking for an Emergency Department physician to fill a 0.75 FTE at the Roseway Hospital in the quaint Town of Shelburne. The hospital provides health care services to approximately 15,000 Shelburne County residents with the Emergency Department open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is an opportunity to provide office-based comprehensive primary care and inpatient care as well. Compensation for the Emergency Department is an hourly rate.

Candidates must be certified or be eligible for certification by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia. Candidates are required to have current ACLS, ALTS, BCLS and PALS. Having the College of Family Physicians of Canada ER certification would be considered to be an asset. Support is available for a site visit and relocation.
