The Town of Antigonish has an opportunity for a full time ER physician. This role is based out of the St. Martha’s Regional Hospital. The Sisters of St. Martha founded the first cottage hospital in Antigonish in 1907, and over a hundred years later the modern, 90-bed hospital retains a focus on compassionate care, concern for the vulnerable, and dedication to doing what is truly best for the patient.

Candidates must be certified or be eligible for certification by Canadian College of Family Physicians (EM) certified or have significant clinical experience. ATLS, ACLS, PALS and advanced Airway training are required.  Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
