Located at Mental Health and Addictions, Northern Zone – Cumberland Site, we are seeking the services of Family Physician for our innovation Collaborative Care Program. This program is unique (reverse model of traditional shared care) in that it provides primary care by Primary Care Physicians for select patients of the Mental Health and Addictions, Cumberland Site, within a specialty care team.    Thus, the Primary Care Physician consults and treats patients’ primary care mental health needs, along with the collaboration and support of the specialized team of mental health clinicians and psychiatrists.  The weekly time commitment is approximately 1 day per week, 0.2 FTE.   The salary compensation is a sessional rate.
